Building on decades of service and measurable impact, the organization is preparing to launch its newest innovation: the CareerPath Accelerator, a next-generation workforce program launching in April 2026.
Designed to meet the evolving needs of both job seekers and employers, CareerPath Accelerator is a people-led, AI-powered model that connects training, career coaching, and local employment opportunities into a single, accessible pathway. The program reflects Goodwill’s mission to create jobs locally, prepare people to succeed at work, and remove barriers to employment.
