In May, Rappahannock Goodwill Industries welcomed U.S. Senator Tim Kaine to Fredericksburg for a firsthand look at CareerPath Accelerator and a conversation about the future of workforce development in Virginia.
During the visit, RGI leaders demonstrated how CareerPath Accelerator helps individuals explore career options, identify their strengths and interests, and connect with relevant training and employment opportunities through AI-powered assessments, career guidance, and personalized support.
The visit also created an opportunity to discuss broader workforce challenges facing Virginia, including the importance of strengthening regional talent pipelines, expanding access to career resources, and creating more accessible pathways to economic mobility.
Senator Kaine’s visit marked an important moment for CareerPath Accelerator as RGI continues working to bring innovative workforce solutions to more individuals across the communities we serve.
