Frequently Asked Questions

Can customers earn points for both purchases and donations?

Currently, points are earned only for purchases made at any of our local Goodwill retail stores.

Can customers earn or redeem points at Goodwill stores in different states?

This reward program is only limited to the Rappahannock Goodwill retail stores located in Virginia, specifically in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Thornburg, King George, Locust Grove, Bowling Green, Louisa, Culpeper and Tappahannock areas. To find a store near you, please visit here.

When did the Rewards Program officially launch?

The reward program soft launched in December 2023. The program officially went live for customers on January 1, 2024, overwriting any other loyalty program observed in the past.

Are there any restrictions on the items eligible for earning points?

No restrictions! Every dollar spent at Rappahannock Goodwill Stores will provide you with 1 point.

I have a physical Loyal Shoppers Reward Card. Can I still redeem 25% after five visits to Goodwill?

Please note that the Loyal Shoppers Reward Card has been discontinued and the last day to redeem any discounts associated with it was December. 31, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024, all Rappahannock Goodwill Stores will no longer be redeeming any discounts associated with that obsolete program.
