We'll hold a paid item for up to 24 hours.
How do I earn rewards?
Simply make purchases at our store locations! Every dollar you spend gets you one point that you can accumulate and redeem for discounts on future purchases. From more information visit our Rewards Hub.
Can I use my rewards on any item?
Yes, you can redeem your rewards on most items in our stores, including those already discounted.
What can't I donate?
Here is a list of items we are prohibited from accepting:

  • Weapons
  • Guns and ammunition
  • Box style TVs
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Furniture that is torn, broken, or stained
  • Any item that has been recalled
  • All large appliances
What types of items can be picked up through the In-Home Donation Program?
Larger items such as furniture, appliances, and other bulky items such as bags or boxes of clothes are eligible for in-home pickup.
What happens to unsold merchandise?
Unsold items may go to our Outlet or be sold in bulk, with proceeds supporting local job programs.
